In order to keep costs down for the BMF please ask your delegate to bring their own lunch. Kitchen facilities are available.
Affiliated Clubs may send delegates to this meeting being based on the number of club members declared at affiliation according to the following table:

The NaOMCs forum is entitled to elect 11 BMF Councillors at this meeting. BMF Councillors serve for one year, from one BMF AGM, usually held in October, to the next and are expected to attend the three Council meetings held each year.
Nominations may be taken from the floor at ARMs for the BMF Councillors. Nomination Forms will be available at the meeting or from the BMF office prior to the meeting.
It is essential that a Nomination Form is completed for all persons nominated from the floor prior to the election. In signing a Nomination Form, the nominee agrees to accept the responsibilities of being a guarantee holder of BMF (Enterprises) Ltd and of the BMF Foundation.

I look forward to meeting with your club representatives.

Well, it's reasonably local, I am nominally 'Midlands Rep' but I do have a wedding reception invite in Leics from 3pm....

I'll front up. I take it we're entitled to four reps Steve?
